ORBIT Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 29, 2026
This policy explains how Creative Agenda LLC ("we," "us") handles information collected through the ORBIT waitlist at orbitrest.com and orbitstand.com (the "Site"). We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. That's the only thing we ask for. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, to keep the Site running and secure. We don't use that information to identify you.
How we use it
We use your email address only to tell you when ORBIT launches, send occasional product updates and early-access offers, and answer you if you write to us. We don't send spam, and we won't email you about anything unrelated to ORBIT.
How we store it
Waitlist sign-ups are stored privately through our website and form provider, Netlify (Netlify Forms). Only Creative Agenda LLC can access the list. We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the ORBIT launch.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your email address, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only outside companies that handle it are the service providers we use to run the Site and send our emails, such as Netlify, and they may use it only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Unsubscribing and your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and one click takes you off the list. You can also email us at orbit@orbitrest.com to unsubscribe, see what we have on file or have your email address deleted. We'll take care of it promptly.
Cookies
The waitlist doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may use essential cookies needed for the Site to work.
Children
The Site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If the change is significant, we'll let waitlist members know by email.
